VovSoft Health Break Reminder is a lightweight Windows utility that reminds computer users to take regular breaks. It helps office workers, developers, writers, gamers, and other long-term PC users reduce uninterrupted screen time by displaying an alert after a configurable work period.

The program monitors keyboard, mouse, joystick, and gamepad activity to detect whether the user is actively working. When it detects sufficient idle time, it automatically resets the work timer. It runs offline from the system tray and can support eye-rest, stretching, standing, water, coffee, Pomodoro, and general wellness reminders. Users needing broader scheduling and task organization can also consider EssentialPIM Pro.
